Louis Dodaro Brings 20 Years of Recruiting Experience in Real Estate and Financial Industries
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – November 19, 2015 – RETS Associates, a leading national real estate recruiting firm, has hired Louis Dodaro as managing director in its Newport Beach office. Dodaro joins the firm with 20 years of experience placing
senior- and executive-level professionals in real estate and finance companies of all sizes across the nation.
“Louis’ extensive experience in recruitment of senior-level positions across multiple markets will expand our existing executive search functions and capabilities,” said Kent Elliott, principal of RETS Associates.
In this role, Dodaro will conduct searches for top talent in development, private equity, finance, research and acquisitions positions. Before joining RETS, Dodaro worked as a director at Crown Advisors, where he placed executives in multiple real estate sectors. Previously, he served as a recruiter at JP Morgan Chase. Dodaro’s past placements include: chief accounting officer, senior vice president of acquisitions, senior vice president of originations and compliance manager, among others.

Dodaro’s hire comes at a strategic time for RETS. This year, the company has experienced a nearly 20 percent increase in the number of retained searches, as compared to 2014.
