The firm is very well-funded and has an incredible track record. This is a heavy sourcing and uncovering leads role. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and not afraid to pick up the phone! Although they have offices in Newport Beach and Chicago, this person will work remotely with travel to visit assets as needed.  7+ years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions or broker transactions and knowledge of medical office, health care, or veterinarian real estate.

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager/Director to oversee leasing activities for a 8-12 asset retail portfolio in the NorCal / Bay Area. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing leases with high-quality tenants while maximizing occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate has strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of executing leasing strategies that enhance property value. This is a remote position based in NorCal, with frequent visits to centers across SF, East Bay, Sacramento, etc.
