Key responsibilities include compiling accurate monthly financial reports in line with various accounting standards, supporting month-end close activities, and overseeing cash management through detailed cash flow reports.

Property Manager
Los Angeles, California
RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, a leading commercial real estate firm, is recruiting for a Property Manager (“PM”) in Los Angeles, CA. The PM will manage a 4MSF industrial portfolio in Southern California with the support of an Administrative Assistant and report into the SVP. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industrial property management experience. CPM designation is preferred.

RETS partners with a certified resume writer to offer resume services to our candidates. She has done more than 75 resumes, cover letters and/or LinkedIn Profiles since 2018 for RETS. She is actively involved with various associations as well as public speaking engagements to educate people about the keys to success in managing their careers.
Resume Writing Process
STEP 1
Select a package based on your experience and submit any additional add-ons you want to include.
STEP 2
When we receive your selections, RETS will email you an invoice to pay via PayPal. Once payment has been received, we will contact you to begin the process with our resume writer.
STEP 3
Complete an in-depth questionnaire containing career-oriented questions that will help us navigate the best way to present your experience and skillsets towards your goal.
STEP 4
Have a phone consultation with a certified resume writer to get further clarification. You will receive the first draft within 3 to 5 days.
STEP 5
Review the first draft. You will also be given the option for a fellow recruiter at RETS to review and offer feedback.
STEP 6
Request any revisions and approve the final resume.

There are four different packages based on your level of experience.
ENTRY LEVEL

SENIOR MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL
(Director/Manager/VP ~ 10+ years of experience)
