Investment Associate
San Francisco, California
RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, a real estate private equity firm located in San Francisco’s Financial District, is seeking an Investment Associate to join their team in a cradle to grave Investments role. The firm invests across asset classes and is mostly focused in and around the Bay Area, and other core west coast markets. The Associate will work on roughly 80% acquisitions-related activities including complex financial modeling, due diligence, investment memo and presentations, and communicating with lenders and investors.

Atlanta, Georgia
RETS has been retained by our client, a commercial real estate development firm, is seeking an Investment Analyst in Atlanta, GA. The analyst will support new development investments through financial modeling, underwriting, and market and property-level diligence. This role offers exposure to the full real estate development and investment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate, private equity or capital markets along with advanced modeling skills.
Director of Development
Bethesda, Maryland
We are seeking a Director of Retail Real Estate Development to lead redevelopment and ground-up projects across grocery-anchored and pad retail assets nationally. Firm has $7B AUM and this role will oversee projects from early evaluation through entitlement, design and delivery, partnering closely with internal teams and external consultants. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of retail real estate development experience and a strong understanding of entitlements, zoning, and permitting.
Real Estate Private Equity Associate
Washington, DC
RETS Associates is representing a prestigious Real Estate Private Equity firm, seeking a talented Associate to join their commercial real estate Asset Management team in DC. The primary responsibilities of the role will be financial modeling and analysis of the investments made by the Fund. The ideal candidate will have no more than 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis and advanced Excel skills, you must be able to create models from scratch (there is a test).

RETS partners with a certified resume writer to offer resume services to our candidates. She has done more than 75 resumes, cover letters and/or LinkedIn Profiles since 2018 for RETS. She is actively involved with various associations as well as public speaking engagements to educate people about the keys to success in managing their careers.
Resume Writing Process
STEP 1
Select a package based on your experience and submit any additional add-ons you want to include.
STEP 2
When we receive your selections, RETS will email you an invoice to pay via PayPal. Once payment has been received, we will contact you to begin the process with our resume writer.
STEP 3
Complete an in-depth questionnaire containing career-oriented questions that will help us navigate the best way to present your experience and skillsets towards your goal.
STEP 4
Have a phone consultation with a certified resume writer to get further clarification. You will receive the first draft within 3 to 5 days.
STEP 5
Review the first draft. You will also be given the option for a fellow recruiter at RETS to review and offer feedback.
STEP 6
Request any revisions and approve the final resume.

ENTRY LEVEL
(0-3 years of experience)
Entry-level candidates need a stellar, stand-out resume. Our resume writers will maximize the appeal of skills and experiences that are applicable to commercial real estate.
Recent graduates and those who are new to the job market have limited experience to draw from when creating a resume.
Our Entry Level package pulls from skills learned in the academic world and presents them in an attractive fashion that will grab the eye of hiring managers.
PROFESSIONAL MID-CAREER
(3-10 years of experience)
Our Professional/Mid-Career package offers those with a few or more years of experience an interconnected resume that reads like a professional story to a hiring manager.
Our Certified Professional Resume Writers will highlight the career achievements that matter and draw attention to the skills and career successes that show potential employers you have the experience for a new position with more responsibilities.
SENIOR MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL
(Director/Manager/VP ~ 10+ years of experience)
Our Advanced Professional (management level) package will highlight your skills, credentials, and abilities relevant to the next rung on your career ladder.
Our Certified Professional Resume Writers will help established leaders position themselves for further career advancement. Your resume will include quantification of various aspects of your real estate career which will distinguish your credentials from the competition.
