RETS Associates, on behalf of its client, a well-established Multifamily and Industrial investment firm, is seeking a Director of Capital Raising to lead the firm’s in-house equity capital raising efforts for industrial and multifamily acquisitions across Southern California and Phoenix. This is a highly visible, externally focused role centered on sourcing, cultivating, and closing relationships with high-net-worth investors and family offices. The ideal profile is a true relationship-driven “hunter” with strong real estate investment acumen, capable of managing a structured capital raise process while effectively communicating complex investment opportunities to sophisticated investors.
SVP, Accounting & Finance
Los Angeles, California
RETS Associates has been retained to lead a search for an SVP, Accounting/Finance (path to CFO) for a 35+ year privately held CRE investment/operating firm in Los Angeles with ~$500MM AUM. Oversees the accounting function and manages three direct reports while providing leadership across IT and HR. The SVP will be providing support to the Shareholders, and other Company Executives in the successful implementation of the Company’s annual and long-range business plan along with directing and overseeing the finance and accounting functions within the Company. The ideal candidate must have at least 7-10 years of financial management experience, including 2 in Real Estate.
