The primary focus will be on the overall leasing, operation, and financial performance of the portfolio. Director of Leasing & Asset Management

RETS has been retained to recruit a Life Science Director of Leasing and Asset Management (West Region) in the SF Bay Area. Our client is one of the largest private owner/operators of life science real estate and has earned an amazing reputation over the last 20+ years. The ideal candidate has experience with pre-leasing of life science product in the Bay Area and understands the complexity of life science product and tenants. The role oversees a major 3rd party brokerage firm handling pre-leasing of two projects totaling 500,000 SF on the Peninsula and has additional Bay Area and San Diego projects in the pipeline.
Vice President, Construction Management
Atlanta, Georgia
RETS Associates has been retained by its client, a national commercial real estate Owner, to find a talented VP, Construction Management for their Atlanta, GA office. The VP will be responsible for managing 20+ TI and Cap-Ex projects across 30 markets, and the VP will be instrumental in helping to grow and maximize profitability for the national platform of industrial assets! This role will require a 40% travel load, with both local and national travel. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale TI and Cap-Ex projects nationally.
