The firm has approximately $1B AUM across all product types with a focus on entitlement, ground-up development, and value-added opportunities in Western markets. The Senior Associate will lead execution on new acquisitions, and asset manage a portfolio of Office, Life Science, and Multifamily investments. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, and proven experience working on entitlement, ground up development and value add repositioning.
Sr. Director, Asset Management

This person will lead nationwide multifamily portfolio oversight, manage a team of asset managers, and drive performance through business plan execution, strategic decision making, and collaboration with operating partners. The role will also support acquisitions, financing, and portfolio reporting initiatives.
