The VP will drive the overall performance of a regional portfolio of institutional quality assets (industrial) to the highest level possible. The Asset Manager serves as the ultimate point of accountability for the financial performance of the portfolio. This position has heavy travel (50%) to oversee the industrial portfolio in Dallas and cover some markets in the South East and Mid-West. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years of institutional real estate experience (heavy leasing and operations).
