Large focus on Multifamily assets. The VP is responsible for the implementation of a strategic plan for a portfolio of assets, including oversight of all management, construction, development, and financial activities in a “player/coach” philosophy. The expectation is that you are a proactive leader that can hit the ground running, get things done and take ownership with responsibility and accountability. 15 years + cumulative experience in commercial real estate asset management.
VP, – Originations, Structured Finance
Newport Beach, California
RETS Associates, on behalf of its Client is seeking to hire a Vice President, Originations to join a dynamic real estate lending team at our Client’s headquarters in Newport Beach, CA. The VP will report to the SVP, Head of Debt Investments, and will be responsible for the origination and underwriting of new business for principal lending activities, as well as the asset management of the employee’s loan portfolio. 7-10+/- years of experience originating, underwriting, structuring, and closing $10-$60 million bridge and construction loans for multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and self-storage properties in the Western U.S.
Director of Acquisitions

RETS has been retained by a fast-growing private equity real estate firm with $2B+ AUM to hire a Director of Acquisitions. The firm recently launched a $500M value-add fund targeting underperforming assets across high-growth Sunbelt markets. The Director will lead deal sourcing & execution across residential, industrial, and niche assets—targeting mid-teens IRRs or better. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in real estate acquisitions, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
