RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, is seeking an AVP of Construction in Los Angeles, CA to oversee major asset repositioning, base building capital improvements and tenant improvement projects throughout the their Southern California commercial office portfolio. The position will also provide project coordination and oversight, as needed, for acquisitions due diligence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with significant experience in Class A Office.
VP, Construction Management
Atlanta, Georgia
RETS Associates has been retained by its client, a national commercial real estate Owner, to find a talented VP, Construction Management for their Atlanta, GA office. The VP will be responsible for managing 20+ TI and Cap-Ex projects across 30 markets, and the VP will be instrumental in helping to grow and maximize profitability for the national platform of industrial assets! This role will require a 40% travel load, with both local and national travel.
