This candidate will have oversight for both ground-up developments, as well as existing asset construction management!
Construction Coordinator
Costa Mesa, California
RETS, on behalf of our client, a privately-owned, upscale luxury shopping center is seeking a Construction Services Coordinator to join their team in Costa Mesa. This full-time, on-site role supports the Senior Tenant Construction Manager, ensuring smooth project execution and quality control across all construction within the center. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of commercial construction experience.
Asset Manager
San Francisco, California
Our client, an established private real estate firm based in the San Francisco Financial District, is hiring an Asset Manager to oversee a subset of office / commercial assets across N. California and the Pacific Northwest. The Asset Manager will be responsible for creating and executing business plans, overseeing third-party leasing teams, in-house and third-party property management teams, and capital expenditure/tenant improvements projects.
General Manager
Los Angeles, California
RETS, on behalf of our client, a prominent CRE owner/operator in Los Angeles, is seeking a General Manager to oversee their West LA portfolio consisting of roughly 750k sf of class A retail and office space. The GM will oversee a team of seven and report directly into the COO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 to 12 years property/asset management experience in CRE industry and 5 years in a supervisory role.

Resume Writing Process
STEP 1
Select a package based on your experience and submit any additional add-ons you want to include.
STEP 2
When we receive your selections, RETS will email you an invoice to pay via PayPal. Once payment has been received, we will contact you to begin the process with our resume writer.
STEP 3
Complete an in-depth questionnaire containing career-oriented questions that will help us navigate the best way to present your experience and skillsets towards your goal.
STEP 4
Have a phone consultation with a certified resume writer to get further clarification. You will receive the first draft within 3 to 5 days.
STEP 5
Review the first draft. You will also be given the option for a fellow recruiter at RETS to review and offer feedback.
STEP 6
Request any revisions and approve the final resume.
