Our client has been responsible for more than 15 MSF of entitlement, development, leasing and sales of industrial buildings over the past 15 years and currently have 6 multifamily projects in CA totaling 1100 units in various stages of development. A min of 2-3 years’ exp, preferable in commercial and/or residential real estate.
Regional Construction Manager
Anaheim Hills, California
RETS Associates has been retained by our client, a full-service retail and restaurant development company to recruit a Regional Construction Manager in Anaheim Hills, CA. The Regional Construction Manager will oversee all regional projects and capital improvements. Projects will primarily consist of restaurant development and construction management. Travel is expected within the region with occasional travel to other company offices.

Resume Writing Process
STEP 1
Select a package based on your experience and submit any additional add-ons you want to include.
STEP 2
When we receive your selections, RETS will email you an invoice to pay via PayPal. Once payment has been received, we will contact you to begin the process with our resume writer.
STEP 3
Complete an in-depth questionnaire containing career-oriented questions that will help us navigate the best way to present your experience and skillsets towards your goal.
STEP 4
Have a phone consultation with a certified resume writer to get further clarification. You will receive the first draft within 3 to 5 days.
STEP 5
Review the first draft. You will also be given the option for a fellow recruiter at RETS to review and offer feedback.
STEP 6
Request any revisions and approve the final resume.

There are four different packages based on your level of experience.
ENTRY LEVEL
(0-3 years of experience)

(3-10 years of experience)
Our Professional/Mid-Career package offers those with a few or more years of experience an interconnected resume that reads like a professional story to a hiring manager.
Our Certified Professional Resume Writers will highlight the career achievements that matter and draw attention to the skills and career successes that show potential employers you have the experience for a new position with more responsibilities.
SENIOR MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL
(Director/Manager/VP ~ 10+ years of experience)
