Menlo Park, California
Our client, a highly regarded commercial real estate private equity firm, is looking to add a talented Associate to join their growing team in Menlo Park, CA. The Associate will be responsible for supporting acquisitions and asset management financial analysis across the U.S. specifically for data center assets, contributing to the company’s expanding digital infrastructure platform.
Acquisition Analyst
Newport Beach, California
Our client is privately held real estate investment trust with $1.5 billion of AUM that totals 9 MSF. The Analyst will be a key member of the Real Estate Acquisitions Team and will be responsible for underwriting and analyzing potential core, core-plus and value-add investments. This role will also assist in deal execution across industrial and office property types throughout the Western and Southeastern US. The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of real estate experience, preferably with office and/or industrial real estate experience.

Resume Writing Process
STEP 1
Select a package based on your experience and submit any additional add-ons you want to include.
STEP 2
When we receive your selections, RETS will email you an invoice to pay via PayPal. Once payment has been received, we will contact you to begin the process with our resume writer.
STEP 3
Complete an in-depth questionnaire containing career-oriented questions that will help us navigate the best way to present your experience and skillsets towards your goal.
STEP 4
Have a phone consultation with a certified resume writer to get further clarification. You will receive the first draft within 3 to 5 days.
STEP 5
Review the first draft. You will also be given the option for a fellow recruiter at RETS to review and offer feedback.
STEP 6
Request any revisions and approve the final resume.

There are four different packages based on your level of experience.
ENTRY LEVEL
(0-3 years of experience)

Our Professional/Mid-Career package offers those with a few or more years of experience an interconnected resume that reads like a professional story to a hiring manager.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL
(Director/Manager/VP ~ 10+ years of experience)
