Kelly Alcaraz was recently hired by Nearon Enterprises as Vice President, Investments in Walnut Creek, CA. Nearon is a private real estate investment company with $1B in AUM, with a focus on value-add opportunities in Western markets. Reporting to the President, she will be responsible for sourcing and executing Industrial and Multifamily investments across target West Coast markets. Kelly was previously a Director of Transactions with BlackRock. Executive search firm RETS Associates handled the search.
