Executive search firm RETS Associates has been retained by our client to find a qualified Asset Manager in Beverly Hills, CA to oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s real estate holdings. Our client is a private real estate firm that acquires, develops and manages a wide range of properties throughout the nation. The portfolio consists primarily of office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties throughout Southern California and certain other markets. We are looking for a candidate with experience managing all aspects of a property during its life cycle, including leasing, financing, and dispositions with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
