Berkeley Davis is a Principal with RETS and has been with the firm for nearly 12 years. In her role, she directs the executive search practice, emphasizing the C-Suite and upper management and providing leadership to all team members.

Davis has executed many of the senior-level searches at RETS over the past several years, including for CFOs in Atlanta and Los Angeles, a CIO in San Diego, a Partner/Market Leader in Miami, Senior Vice Presidents of Development in Chicago and Los Angeles and Vice Presidents of Asset Management in Orange County, Seattle, Denver and Chicago.

Davis has been involved with the industry for over two decades. She began her CRE career at a boutique real estate firm and then at The Irvine Company, where she polished her property management prowess and leadership skills. Before joining RETS, she led the asset management division at Bixby Capital Management (formerly Bixby Land Company).

Despite health challenges and family commitments, Davis has mentored other women in real estate throughout her career. Many of her previous employees from The Irvine Company and Bixby are leaders of their departments and companies. She has been honored as one of the Southern California Women of Influence.

These are just a few reasons why Berkeley Davis is one of the California Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
