Southern Land Company, a privately held, full-service real estate company that builds and operates residential developments around the country, is looking to hire a Senior Analyst in either New York City or Nashville. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for building financial models, analyzing asset performance, and supporting underwriting efforts including market research, proforma analysis, and return projections. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience with a strong background in financial modeling, reporting, and development budgets.  Executive search firm RETS Associates is handling the search.
