The focus of the role will be on overseeing third-party property management firms and ensuring business plans for the assets are executed, maintaining relationship with JV partners, and collaborating with the acquisitions team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of direct asset management experience, preferably in an institutional setting, with a focus on multifamily and industrial assets.
