Dallas, TX., (November 12, 2020) – Leading national real estate search firm RETS Associates announced today that it has opened a new office in Dallas, Texas – a move that represents the company’s ongoing growth despite the pandemic, as well as its past and current business success in the Texas market.
RETS, which is headquartered in Newport Beach with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, the Silicon Valley, Charlotte, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, and now Dallas, has already completed several successful executive searches in Texas, according to Jana Turner, principal with RETS Associates.
“Dallas has proven its resilience with five consecutive months of job growth and a post-pandemic employment rate that outpaces most of the rest of the country,” says Jana Turner, principal with RETS Associates. “With cranes in the air developing every product type from apartments to industrial in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area, there is a growing need for our services in this market, making this expansion the natural next step in our continued growth.”
RETS, which has successfully placed more than 3,000 candidates in key real estate positions to date, has hired Chase Fryhover as director of its new Dallas office. With a decade of recruiting experience including almost eight years of commercial real estate recruiting success, Fryover emerged as the ideal choice to launch this new branch, according to Kent Elliott, principal with RETS Associates.

Fryhover will focus on recruiting for entry to mid-level positions in the Dallas market, supported by others on the RETS team who specialize in recruiting for executive-level roles.
